:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Scrub Nurse - CTVS

to assist surgeons during cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries by maintaining a sterile field and ensuring the availability of required instruments and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during CTVS procedures by scrubbing, gowning, and gloving Prepare OT, instruments, sutures, and consumables for cardiac surgeries Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques during procedures Handle cardiac surgery instruments, grafts, and disposables Anticipate surgeon's needs and provide instruments promptly Ensure proper counting of sponges, needles, and instruments Follow OT protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines Coordinate with OT staff, perfusionists, and anesthesia team

Requirements:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration Prior experience as a Scrub Nurse in

CTVS / Cardiac OT

is mandatory Knowledge of cardiac surgical instruments and procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts
