We are looking for a dynamic

female scriptwriter intern

with a background in

Mass Media or Communication

to join our content team. This role involves researching and crafting compelling narratives around recent controversies and socio-cultural events for

documentary-style drama productions

You will work closely with the creative and production team to develop scripts that are factual, engaging, and emotionally impactful, combining journalistic research with strong storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on current events, recent controversies, and cultural topics. Develop and draft scripts for documentary-drama style content. Work with the creative team to ensure scripts are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with the project's tone. Translate research into engaging storylines with strong character development and emotional resonance. Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for new projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in

Mass Media, Communication, Journalism

, or a related field. Strong research skills and ability to fact-check information accurately. Excellent writing skills with a flair for narrative storytelling. Interest in socio-political issues, cultural dynamics, and human-interest stories. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Prior experience in content creation, scriptwriting, or journalism (can include academic projects). Familiarity with documentary filmmaking or drama scripting. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
