Job Description

We are looking for a

Website Automation Engineer

with strong scripting skills to automate website workflows, user actions, and data processing tasks. The role involves building reliable automation scripts for modern, JavaScript-heavy websites while ensuring stability, performance, and compliance with usage policies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation scripts for websites and web applications Automate workflows such as form submissions, data extraction, and user navigation Handle authenticated sessions, cookies, headers, and tokens Work with dynamic websites (React, Next.js, SPA frameworks) Optimize automation scripts for reliability and scalability Debug failures caused by UI changes, timing issues, or network conditions Document automation logic and usage clearly
Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in

Python or JavaScript / TypeScript

Hands-on experience with

Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium

Strong understanding of browser behavior, DOM manipulation, and HTTP fundamentals Experience handling login flows and protected pages Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented scripts
Preferred Skills

Experience with

Playwright

(highly preferred) Knowledge of REST APIs and direct HTTP automation Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based deployments Experience with task scheduling (Cron, PM2, or similar) Understanding of performance monitoring and logging
