Role Responsibilities

Crack thumb-stopping hooks

-- create openings that instantly grab attention and make viewers watch till the end (and rewatch).

Build viral-worthy ideas

-- develop concepts with "1M views" potential and ensure their execution.

Deliver consistently

-- produce at least 10 high-performing videos per month*; "average" isn't acceptable.

Experience:

2-5 years in content strategy, social media, or creative roles.

Proven virality:

You've either created viral content or helped make it viral.

Understanding of storytelling:

You know what makes a strong hookand how to retain audience attention.

Platform expertise:

Deep understanding of Instagram (especially Reels).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
