About the Role

We're hiring a Scriptwriter who can write long-form documentary-style narratives, deeply researched and rich in storytelling. Inspired by channels like Johnny Harris, James Jani, and Magnates Media, this role requires sharp writing, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling scripts for YouTube.

A Day in the Life

Write documentary-style scripts with a narrative structure that holds attention Research deep topics with strong story angles - business, culture, society, and beyond. Translate complex information into scripts that are digestible Work closely with the editing team to align voice, pace, and transitions Stay updated on global trends, creator content, and what audiences are watching Manage timelines and deadlines without compromising depth or writing. Proofread thoroughly - every number, quote, and claim matters.
Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in scripting or content writing (preferably for video) Strong grasp of narrative flow, structure, and tone Deep interest in current affairs, internet culture, or world events
