Key Responsibility:

Craft compelling, long-form scripts for YouTube videos you'll be writing in a documentary style inspired by channels like Magnates Media, Johnny Harris, and James Jani--focusing on storytelling. Dig deep into each topic to uncover the most relevant and accurate details. There will be complex data, facts, statistics and you'll have to turn it into easy to understand scripts that have to be backed by a credible fact. You'll help shape the direction of your script, contribute to storyboarding, and brainstorm how each scene will come to life visually. Your scripts should guide the visuals--whether that's B-roll, motion graphics, on-screen text, or animations. Every line should help the editor visualize how the final piece will look and feel. Being able to manage deadlines while still delivering quality work is key. You'll need to stay organized and efficient without sacrificing creativity or accuracy. Every stat, quote, or claim should be fact-checked and responsibly sourced.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in scriptwriting or content creation. Command of language, grammar, and storytelling techniques. Experience writing for video formats, including explainer videos and YouTube Documentaries. Knowledge of digital and social media trends or basically what is going on around the world for video content. Background in creating scripts for animation, motion graphics, or live-action projects.
