Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Candidate should be comfortable working from office. We are seeking a talented and imaginative Script Writer / Content Writer with proven experience in creating engaging and high-impact content specifically for YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels in video format. The ideal candidate should understand digital storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement techniques to create compelling scripts that align with our brand voice and objectives. This role requires strong Research skills, Content Consumption Ability, writing skills, creativity, and the ability to produce content that drives viewer interest and retention. Become a part of our great team Videographer, Cinematographer, Video Editor, Anchor, Model, and Social Media Manager. You'll collaborate with them closely and develop real-life content that will help you grow in your role.


Job Responsibilities


Write engaging, creative, and structured scripts for YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Develop storytelling concepts, hooks, dialogues, captions, and short scripts tailored for social media audiences. Research trending topics, audience interests, and competitor content to create relevant and high-performing scripts. Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all written content. Convert raw ideas, briefs, and concepts into polished scripts with clear flow, storytelling elements, and strong call-to-actions. Requirements


Proven experience as a Script Writer / Content Writer, preferably with digital creators, social media brands, or YouTube channels. Strong command over English, Hindi, Marathi (Writing, Reading, Speak) (as required) with excellent grammar and storytelling skills. Understanding of social media platforms -- especially YouTube & Instagram -- including trending formats, hooks, and audience psychology. Ability to write for multiple formats: long-form videos, reels, shorts, voiceover scripts, captions, and storytelling scripts. Creative mindset with an ability to think fresh and produce original concepts. Strong research and brainstorming abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple content requirements. Portfolio or samples showcasing previous work in script writing or content creation (preferred). Designation :
