About the Role:
Are you a storyteller who believes content can create change? We're looking for a Scriptwriter to craft emotionally resonant, insight-led narratives that lie at the intersection of purpose and branding. Whether it's a powerful mini-doc, a quirky reel, or a campaign anthem -- your words will shape stories that matter.
What You'll Do:

• Write scripts for branded films, digital shorts, docu-style videos, and social media content
• Translate brand briefs into compelling, human-first narratives
• Work closely with producers, editors, and designers to bring stories to life
• Contribute to ideation, content pitches, and creative strategy
• Ensure tone, voice, and values of both TBI and the brand are reflected in the scripts
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and client inputs

What We're Looking For:

• 3-6 years of writing experience in branded content, journalism, or digital media
• A portfolio that showcases strong storytelling, especially in visual mediums
• Sharp writing skills and a knack for storytelling that drives emotion and impact
• Ability to write for different formats -- reels, short films, long-form video, voiceover
• Passion for stories of change, community, and innovation
