Roles and Responsibilities

Translate business goals and user needs into seamless user experiences. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life. Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency. Create intuitive UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.) with attention to detail. Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from idea to delivery. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI-driven design tools, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer. Strong expertise in Figma and prototyping tools. Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate with dev teams. Knowledge of AI-driven design tools is a plus Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for typography, spacing, and color theory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions. A team player with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
