We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Junior Screen Printing Technician

with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in screen printing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials such as labels, letterheads, and envelopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

screen printing

on various substrates, including

labels, letterheads, and envelopes

Prepare screens for printing by

exposing, washing, and coating

Accurately

mix inks

to achieve desired colors and finishes Set up and align screens and materials on printing equipment Maintain cleanliness and order in the screen printing area Ensure quality control by inspecting prints for accuracy and consistency Troubleshoot and resolve minor printing or equipment issues

Requirements:

2 to 5 years

of experience in a screen printing environment Strong understanding of screen exposing, washing, and printing techniques Experience in

color matching and ink mixing

Attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines Good communication and team-working skills

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with different screen printing inks and substrates Basic maintenance of screen printing equipment Understanding of print quality standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
