- Build and develop partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, labs, clinics, nursing homes, and home healthcare centers on a daily basis.- Research and identify new tie-up avenues for expanding B2B portfolio and revenue opportunities.- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with prospective healthcare and educational partners.- Follow up with existing and past partnerships to maintain strong relationships and engagement.- Maintain detailed records of all partnerships, interactions, and relationship.- Coordinate and facilitate the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with healthcare and educational institutions.- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during partnership onboarding processes.- Align and track students for internship and placements with partner organizations. - Coordinate and organize campus interviews at company or SCOPE premises.- Coordinate appointment letters between companies and students; maintain proper records and documentation.- Collect and consolidate feedback from partner organizations regarding student performance and collaboration quality.- Develop B2B verticals for revenue generation through specialized training programs and workshops- Identify opportunities for value-added services and additional revenue streams with existing partners- Contribute to institutional initiatives, committees, and collaborative projects as assignedEducation Qualification: Any Graduate (Marketing, Education, or Social Work background preferred)Years of Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales (Experience in healthcare, education, or related sectors is preferred).
