SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Functional consultant will be part of the Project team and responsible for analysis, designs and testing that meets up to the specification of the business and the customers as per the need. The consultant plays a key role within the process of innovative solution delivery for both customer driven requirements and full Project development cycle in conjunction with team or other stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master\'s degree (BBA/BCOM/MBA)
• 5-10 years of industry experience in Business consulting in AX 2012, D365FO preferable in Implementation and/or Operations experience in SCM areas
• At least 2 end-end project implementations experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must Haves

• Expertise in contributing to different phases of D365FO ERP implementation project or support project.
• Strong experience in SCM areas - sales, purchases, manufacturing, warehouse and advance warehouse.
• Hands-on experience in analysis, design, process testing, GAP-FIT, Go-Live support and implementation of custom-built applications.
• Ability to analyse requirements and provide solutions from Microsoft technology stack and ISV add-ons.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of parameters and master data setup. Should be able to configure them independently.
• Ability to play a major role in translating requirements and providing solutions to the development team.
• Ability of preparing test strategy, test plan, test execution and troubleshooting of developed solution.
• Ability of creating training plans and training client teams for developed solution.
• Ability to guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. Candidate would have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet their needs.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment.
• Ability to respond to customer\'s requests, engaging in listening and aligning expectations within project framework.
• Leadership skills and personal strength to protect the assigned operational task from unforeseen changes while ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Travel internationally and domestic as and when required.

Nice to Haves

• European customer projects experience.
• Relevant Microsoft Certification in AX/D365 FO.
• Knowledge on Integrations, MESS.
• ISV and Knowledge on other tools like RV, MDM, SCS etc.,
• Functional knowledge in finance areas in D365 FO.
