Initiates, plans and executes projects in multi0discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost. and staffing.
Intermediate understanding of entrepreneurial skills and effectively demonstrates at least 3 on strength level
Knowledge of relevant business / market / function and initiating organizational awareness

Applies daily management and methodical problem solving, defines critical activities in terms of business value, innovation, impact, utility derived from cost0benefit analysis, identifies gaps in current knowledge about business priorities and taps into internal networks
