o Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Escalation Management, Performance review management o Experience in Monitoring/Managing Supplier Information o Experience in managing Master data related to Procurement o End to end experience in Procure to Pay cycle o Experience in RFx process o Experienced in driving transformation/automation projects for procurement o Create/PR and PO, reconcile purchase orders, Research Resolve order Exceptions, Supplier Identification process in JDE, SAP S4/ ERP and Ariba usage experience o Business Savings - Understanding the business, building and applying knowledge of company operations, financial performance o Deep expertise in Strategic planning and development, Supplier relationship o Decision making skill - Identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing and interpreting quantitative information. o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and building metrics o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to Sr. Management and Client presentation. o Strong Project Management Skill o Strong Analytical Skills. o Root Cause Analysis
