Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee procurement, sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations and ensure timely dispatches.
Evaluate and optimize supplier performance through KPIs and vendor development.
Ensure cost-effective supply chain solutions without compromising quality or timelines.
Oversee ERP/SAP system for material planning, purchase orders, GRNs, and stock management.
Forecast demand in collaboration with the sales and planning teams.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in the supply chain.
Handle customs, excise, GST compliance (if applicable to import/export operations).
Manage and lead a team of SCM executives, storekeepers, and logistics personnel.
Prepare MIS reports on procurement, inventory, lead time, cost savings, etc.
