Diploma - Gross : Rs.45000/- per month
BE - Gross : Rs.150000/- per month

- should have experience in handling customer on operational sales.
- should have experience in strategic planning - setting vision and objectives, creating strategies, forecasting and budgeting for both suppliers & sales.
- should have Good interpersonal, project management ,Analytical, Presentation, Negotiation and Communication skills with the ability to clearly present.
- should have Knowledge of ISO and other international quality system standards
Description :
Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective business chain.
Establishing performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of factors affecting the business chain
Maintaining required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production
Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain and implementing any subsequent changes to processes
Negotiating prices for raw materials and delivery from suppliers
Monitoring performance of suppliers by assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
Monitoring customer delivery performance.
Identifying and qualifying new suppliers, working with other departments
Functioning as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions
Coordinating with CFT on matters involving inventory, cost savings and cash flow management.
Defining and measuring metrics according to the annual operating plan objectives in connection with the supplier performance against
these expectations assuring continuous supplier improvement and then driving team to highlight and close gaps to meet objectives
Supplier/Customer Agreement, NDA, & supplier manual requirements
Supports to supplier quality and purchasing team on quality and delivery issue
Leading team for electronics parts supply chain planning as per customer requirement
Strategic Sourcing & inventory Management on electronic parts & other materials
Working with suppliers to ensure they have enough capacity to support our demand as well as supply continuity risk management plans.
Ensuring Supplier Performance in on time delivery, Supplier capacity
Periodical price review and negotiation with suppliers
