Phoenix Medical Systems (www.https://www.phoenixmedicalsystems.com) is a manufacturer of infant and maternal care products and assistive products having its factory at Pillaipakkam. Started in 1989 Phoenix Medical Systems has been leading in this field and supplies both in India and Internationally.

To meet our growing demands we are looking for

An Executive- Order Processing & Logistics at Pillaipakkam, Sriperambudur.

Job Profile:

1

. Order processing

- Order confirmation to customer after checking the PO, commitment to customer on despatch schedule after co-ordinating with Production team. Follow up with Production team till equipment is moved to packing.

2.

Update

to customer by emails, SMS, and in CRM for internal teams.

3.

Complete tracking of goods

out from the factory until it reaches its destination and follow up if any delay

4. Handle all customer related shipment queries

5. Ensure Packaging of Medical equipment to meet the standards as well as the customer requirements

6.

Transportation including booking the Vehicles for Pickup,

identifying right Courier agents for delivery on time

7. Ensure the safe delivery of Materials without any damages. Claim from the carriers if any damages on our goods in transit

8. Should know all necessary documentation like Invoicing processes, E-way bills, demo products return process etc and implement the same to ensure shipment is not stuck at any check post etc

9. Well versed in

SAP billing

, documentation

Candidate Experience :-

1. Male candidate with any degree.

Age 24-26 years

2. Minimum

1-2 years of experience in Order Processing and Logistics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
