Job Description


Position: SCM Executive - Flipkart Fulfilment Report to: Lead - Flipkart Fulfilment Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Demand fulfilment for online channel is essential role and important role in Supply Chain. The person who is handling this role is responsible for end to end operations from planning, inventory management, PO management, slot and delivery alignment, partner query management, in collaboration with category, sales, finance, logistics and internal team. Also, responsible to identify new projects to optimize the operation efficiency and maintain healthy C-SAT score. Job Duties: .Proactively connect with business team and ensure 100% stock in warded before event start date. .Coordinate with internal supply planning team and sales team to align and drive monthly sell-in plan for all category. .Monitor regional level channel inventory, DRR, DOH to ensure enough supply available in right warehouse to fulfil the upcoming demand efficiently. .Regional split from channel partner based on regional level channel inventory position and align with supply planning team for category wise, warehouse wise, day wise supply visibility. .Credit limit expectations to be shared on weekly basis to Channel sales SPOC. .Share updated supply visibility to partner (Every Monday). .Stock out index - Should maintain minimum 15 days DOH at across SKU and maintain tracker. .Daily tracker to be shared with MIS SPOC before 10 AM. .PO acknowledgement and slotting on same day (within 4 PM POs). Anything post 4 PM should be done by next day before 12 Noon. .Ensure partner PO price & CRM PO price are matching. .BOT utilization for PO and SO creation should be 100%. .Invoice creation at Day minus one, before 3 PM. .Delivery plan with required order and slot details should be shared with logistics by 4 PM for future deliveries. .Responsible for PO to Delivery slot adherence (Actual delivery date - Delivery slot date) .Maintain virtual sale tracker (HCPO - allocation vs delivery), should ensure 100% delivery adherence. .Monitoring price updation for new products. .PO closure by 5th of every month (which belongs to mid of previous month). .Monitoring Goods return from Partner & ensure the timely closure. .Standing appointment with 95% fill rate (if applicable). .Team development - 100% training participation and completing evaluation as per expectation within agreed timeline. .Identify improvement areas in operational process, initiating 100% automation approach and optimization. .Collaboration with cross functional team and ensure SCM service level as agreed with all stakeholders. .Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Mgmt. & other stakeholders. .Maintaining the KPI & KRA for Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly review. Qualification - Any Master\'s Degree Experience - 2 to 4 Years Skills - Stakeholder Management, Excel, Analytics is plus. Full time or Part time - Full Time Travel - Partial
