III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities ? To effectively interface with Central Store and Purchase team, HODs, Nursing Heads, Commercial team users. ? To demonstrate effective application of technical and professional knowledge. ? To follow appropriate inventory policies & manage accounts. ? To ensure effective management of Perishable items. ? To dispose the expired stuff on time & ensure ordering and reordering of material. ? To monitor proper receipt & issue of materials and maintain daily distribution of inventory / indents. ? To facilitate inspections and quality checks of goods received & cross check optimum storage conditions in stores. ? To provide technical guidance, assistance and instruction to employees; train new personnel. ? To follow inventory standards and waste control. ? To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. ? To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. ? To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. ? To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area. ? To comply with patient safety policy. ? To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables ? No stock outs ? Zero errors in maintenance of accounts ? Zero errors in Bill processing ? Maintains min. inventory and max. efficiency ? Maintains Store as per NABH & IMS standards ? Submission of Bill Accounts within 4 working days JOB DESCRIPTION I.
