Job Description

To Execute & Monitor complete Purchase activity of Machined Components, Fabricated Parts, Sheet Metal, Gears, Heat Treatment & Special Coating.

Sending Enquiries, negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply & Releasing Purchase Order to suitable vendor. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. Examine and review products and suppliers to ensure quality criteria. Monitor Stock levels and Place orders as needed to meet the production requirement. Co-ordination with Production, Stores, Accounts and QC departments. Post order activities like Maintaining Purchase data, material follow up, material inward, Account entry verification & Payment process. Regular travel within city and outside city for follow up and new development.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical/Production Engineers are preferred, Should have worked on ERP system, preferably SAP. Experience in supplier quality or supplier development, Experience in Equipment's, industrial machinery, and components procurement, Extensive experience working in the procurement department in an operations and manufacturing field, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Tamil (Kannada added advantage), with the ability to succinctly summarize information and provide the detail necessary to take tasks through to completion, Strong interpersonal skills, must be willing to regularly engage in-person and over the phone with internal stakeholders and suppliers, Excellent knowledge in MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
