Responsibilities:

  • Review all supply chain design elements in view of changes in business size and need in good time (also with external support)
  • Overall responsibility for identifying the business needs, deploying, and implementing the annual plans to deliver service, cost, productivity, quality & innovation.
  • Define most appropriate roles in Supply Chain and hire / train / coach / develop related resources.
  • Ensure visibility of information flow through installation of proven process flow and integrate all system through ERP and automation
  • Co-Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the country & drive efficiency of flows from supply planning and execution to customer delivery by optimizing supply chain cost, processes, inventory, sales forecasting
Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Post - Graduate with MBA focus on SCM, alternative Engineering Degree
  • Having successfully led the SCM function in a 5000 Mio INR / year Consumer goods company with international standards for min 3 years (Ideally in the FMCG field with a broad distribution MT/GT and with a local production base).
  • Having led \xe2\x80\x9cseveral\xe2\x80\x9d Supply Chain sub-functions (planning, warehousing, transportation, via \xe2\x80\x9cfull\xe2\x80\x9d assignments (min. 10 years)
