Job description
Requirements are as follows:
Experience
o 5 years, mainframe system installation and maintenance
o 5 years' experience with JCL and compile utilities for Cobol, CSP, CICS/DB2, VSAM/DB2, Easytrieve, etc.
o 7 years with experience in implementing and supporting SCLM
Duties
o Create and configure datasets libraries
o Configure SCLM application to support various types of source movement via codes ex: parmlibs, sortlib, copybooks, programs (Cobol, CSP, CICS/DB2, VSAM/DB2, Easytrieve, etc)
o Configure codes to relate to how source will be moved i.e. backup first, move from staging to production and backout
o Create move, compile bind and deploy jcl in SCLM.
o Develop / modify code to aggregate move selected for a day or period then execute steps for source movement to respective targets.
o Development of reports
Adhoc report that pull move request for a date range.
Scheduled report that shows moves to production for the last 24 hours
o Documentation
Installation and configuration
Configuration of library code and mapping to move jcl
How to add new library codes.
Additional responsibilities to be included in the JD of SCLM Admin

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software configuration and version control.
• Provide training and support to development teams after any upgrade on SCLM if required.
• Research and apply proactive software maintenance.
