Role Summary
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting experiments for analytical method development, qualification, and transfer using techniques such as chromatography, electrophoresis, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, and mass spectrometry.
• Learn and apply advanced analytical tools and spectroscopic methods to study molecular structures and properties.
• Accurately document experimental procedures, observations, and results in electronic laboratory notebooks, following good documentation practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share data, compile reports, and participate in team meetings.
• Support data analysis and trending to ensure consistency and reliability of results.
• Help prepare scientific documents including method development reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct literature reviews to support experimental design and troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment and support installation and documentation of new instruments.
• Help manage laboratory inventory including reagents, reference standards, consumables, and samples.
• Participate in equipment scheduling and resource optimization for efficient lab operations.
• Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative and productive workplace.

Required Education Qualification: M.Sc
Required Experience: 1 - 1 years
