Main Responsibilities:
Utilize scientific expertise in chemistry and near disciplines to verify the accuracy of answer sets produced by algorithms that search and display content associated with the capabilities of ACS and CAS products and, services.
Responsibilities include analysis of product requirements, test case preparation and maintenance, and validating scientific accuracy of results against acceptance criteria.
Candidate will work closely with:

• Product Owner to validate requested customer experience capabilities
• Delivery Lead to align testing timeframes with product delivery schedules
• QA Lead to understand acceptance criteria for development stories
• Customer Success and Help Desk colleagues to learn customer expectations and collaborate to provide exceptional Customer Experience.
• Extended QA/Customer Experience network to stay abreast of the latest testing trends through individual and team training opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills (desirable but not a necessity to start with):
Marklogic
Information retrieval
Predictive Analytics
Knowledge of Regulatory listings (global)
Knowledge of CAS Indexing
NCBI Tools
Biotech & pharma industry experience
Knowledge of competitors desirable
