Qualifications for Scientific Officer :-

Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline (Mandatory) 02-03 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in mass spectrometry and protein/peptide characterization. Demonstrated success working on cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to design and execute experiments that meet characterization and development goals. Strong organizational and time-management skills; adaptable to shifting priorities. Passion for innovation, collaboration, and scientific excellence.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and apply

mass spectrometry-based strategies

to support characterization of large molecules (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, fusion proteins, ADCs). Conduct in-depth protein characterization, including: Intact mass analysis Identification of post-translational modifications (PTMs) Disulfide bond mapping Glycosylation profiling Structural variant analysis (e.g., IdeS-MS) Use

bioinformatics and AI based tools

to support protein engineering work on improving affinity, specificity, stability, and manufacturability of therapeutic protein and antibodies. Lab-based role with potential exposure to biological materials
