Responsibilities -



Build lasting relationshipwith internal client:


o

Understand projectrequirements through client (synthesis team) interaction



o

Conduct technicaldiscussion with clients (synthesis team) to understand project requirement(s)



o

Support team members inclosing identified gaps to improve client satisfaction score



Ensure seamless executionof project through effective lab support and planning:


o

Estimate lab relatedrequirements



o

Develop analytical methodsfor intermediate and final compounds



o

Prepare Standard OperatingProcedures (SOP) for instruments to be used for tests



o

Prepare monthly shiftschedules for team members



o

Review calibration of allinstruments and communicate with in-house engineers in case of any instrumentbreak down



Improve delivery efficiencyand quality through

delivery management


o

Approve or reject thesolvent/ sample based on its analytical test suitability



o

Prioritize samples for therequired analysis



o

Review the developed HPLC/LCMS methods to check for its suitability and reproducibility



o

Ensure release of finalreport to client in a timely manner



o

Resolve method developmentand ionization issues



o

Ensure uninterrupted analyticalsupport to the synthesis team



o

Interpret the NMR data



o

Prepare certificate ofanalysis for the final compound/ intermediates



o

Review the certificate ofanalysis for the final compound/ intermediates



Ensure safety at workthrough enforcement of best lab management practices


o

Adhere to the lab safetypractices



o

Handle all chemicals and instrumentsin a safe manner



.

Maintaindata integrity and IP confidentiality


o

Maintain strictIP Confidentiality and adhere to all related policies



Ensure high morale andskill development of self and team:


o

Enhance knowledge relatedto NMR, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, ATR generation and wet analysis etc.



o

Track productivity ofsubordinates on a regular basis and provide feedback



o

Mentor and coach subordinates to develop their technicalcapabilities
