Must Have Editing of promotional material content of global pharmaceutical clients by checking language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency of language (tense), and adherence to brand style/client guidelines for promotional materials
Perform proofreading--reviewing a material to ensure no additional text has been inadvertently added or deleted by the agency, ensuring all comments placed by the MLR reviewers are implemented in the final compliance copy, proofreading the ISI against the approved version
Format documents based on journal/congress guidelines
Ensure that the document adheres to specified style guides - AMA Manual of Style/brand style/Client Guidelines
Consistently deliver a high-quality edit, exceeding client expectations every time
Contribute to team initiatives like knowledge sharing exercises and documentation of resources
Desired Profile
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in life science / English
Excellent written and spoken English skills (TOEFL/IELTS score is preferred)
A keen eye for detail
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Demonstrated ability to work with tight timelines and a collaborative environment
Experience: 5-6 years
