Graduates/Post Graduates with B.Ed
Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
Good classroom management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage middle school learners.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Assess the textbook and notebook copies of students on a regular basis.
Accessible to parents to interact and take feedback from them for better understanding about children.
Fluency in English and in-depth knowledge in related subjects.
