Key Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing Science teaching strategies.
Explaining science concepts and principles to the students in a comprehensible manner.
Preparing and delivering lecture sessions.
Planning extra curriculum activities
Developing teaching aid and materials.
Planning lessons as per the grade levels.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Biology, or a related degree.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Handling Grades for Primary and Secondary level.
Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Deliver interactive and hands-on science lessons for students in Grades 1 to 5.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Conduct simple experiments and demonstrations to explain basic scientific principles.
Integrate cross-curricular learning (e.g., using literacy or math in science activities).
Assess and monitor student progress regularly through assignments, projects, and informal assessments.
Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents during meetings and via report cards.
Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques.
Encourage students to ask questions and develop critical thinking and observational skills.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
Prior experience teaching primary school students is highly desirable.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
