International Skills Club (ISC) is looking for a

passionate Science Expert / Teacher

who believes that science is best learned through curiosity, experiments, and real-life connections.
This role focuses on

learning, designing, and simplifying science concepts

, creating

ISC-specific syllabi

, and developing

scripts for recorded video sessions

for students.

We are not looking for a conventional classroom teacher, but a

science communicator and learner

who can inspire young minds.

Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum & Syllabus Development

Learn and understand ISC's vision and learner-centric approach. Design

simple, engaging, and curiosity-driven syllabi

for ISC science programs. Break complex science concepts into

easy-to-understand modules

. Ensure content encourages

experimentation, observation, and questioning

.
2. Script Writing for Recorded Sessions

Create

student-friendly scripts

for recorded science sessions. Develop explanations that are

story-based, example-driven, and activity-oriented

. Ensure scripts align with

ISC activities, experiments, and home-based learning

. Work closely with the media team for smooth recording execution.
3. Learning & Continuous Improvement

Continuously learn new scientific concepts, tools, and teaching methods. Update content based on student feedback and engagement levels. Stay aligned with global trends in science education and skill development.
4. Collaboration

Coordinate with academic heads, psychologists, and activity designers. Support the creation of

hands-on experiments

using easily available resources. Contribute ideas for quizzes, challenges, and interactive science activities.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

Strong passion for

science education and learning

. Ability to

simplify complex concepts

for students. Good command of

spoken and written communication

(English; Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage). Willingness to

learn, adapt, and innovate

. Comfortable with script writing and conceptual explanations.
Preferred

Background in

Science / Engineering / Education

(Degree or Postgraduate). Experience in teaching, content creation, curriculum design, or science communication. Familiarity with

activity-based or experiential learning

. Basic understanding of online education and recorded content formats.
