Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate science lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for primary and middle school students. Develop yearly, termly, and weekly lesson plans that incorporate practical activities, experiments, projects, and assessments. Prepare and maintain accurate student performance records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations as per CBSE guidelines (Formative and Summative Assessments). Utilize a variety of teaching tools and methods (including digital resources) to cater to diverse learning styles. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity. Organize and participate in science fairs, exhibitions, and other co-curricular activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school administration for continuous academic improvement. Ensure student safety and discipline within and outside the classroom. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification

: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) + B.Ed. (mandatory)

Experience

: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school setting (preferred) Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns. Proficient in using smart boards, educational software, and digital tools for teaching.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
