Job Description

Rules and Responsibility : A Robotics Trainer you will be responsible for designing and delivering robotics training programs and works with students in live class setting, providing instruction and hands-on experiences with robots.


Conduct and lead courses, classes, and programs related to Robotics technology, STEM, and coding


Develop, review, and revise curriculum and training resources for technology and STEM courses, classes, and programs.


Manage courses, classes, and programs on the ground as a Lead Trainer.


Direct and guide other junior trainers or teaching assistants.


Must immediately raise a query to technical head in case of doubts / problems while teaching the student.


During working hours, when there are no sessions, candidate must finish the technical projects as given by the curriculum developer / technical head.


Candidate must resolve the student's queries on the portal / email as soon as it is assigned. The ticket must close in 12 hours.


Candidate must conduct the examination and generate the report card at the end of each course, as instructed by the technical head.


Candidate must write the correct feedback in the report card and give proper input to the parents during the parent meeting at the end of the course.


Candidate must help in the lesson development plan as and when needed by the curriculum development team.


Candidate must be ready to go an extra mile while preparing the students for national and international robotics / coding / STEM competitions.

Minimum education qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Computing or Technology/ STEM fields


Passion into Robotics programming or STEM-related fields
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Strong communication skills


Good temperament, friendly and cheerful disposition


Enjoys working with young children

Pay: ₹11,907.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
