Job Responsibilities - Science Teacher only Female Candidate Can Apply

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Teach Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology as applicable) as per the prescribed syllabus. Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lectures using effective teaching methods. Ensure syllabus completion within the given academic timeline.

Lesson Planning & Preparation

Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets, and practice questions. Design assignments, tests, and revision material aligned with curriculum standards. Use smart classes, models, charts, or experiments where required.

Student Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct regular tests, unit tests, and doubt-solving sessions. Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students. Identify weak students and provide extra academic support.

Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Ensure punctuality and regular attendance of students. Avoid leaving the class unattended or mid-session.

Practical & Lab Work (if applicable)

Plan and conduct science practicals safely and effectively. Guide students in experiments and lab record maintenance. Ensure proper use and care of laboratory equipment.

Student Guidance & Mentorship

Motivate and mentor students for academic improvement. Guide students on study techniques, exam preparation, and time management. Communicate academic progress with parents when required.

Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities

Maintain attendance records, test reports, and academic data. Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and academic planning sessions. Follow institute rules, regulations, and code of conduct.

Professional Conduct

Maintain professional behavior with students, parents, and staff. Protect the institute's academic reputation and confidentiality. Continuously upgrade subject knowledge and teaching skills.
