We're looking for a passionate Science educator to inspire young minds in Grades 1-5! You'll create hands-on learning experiences, foster curiosity, and help students develop a love for science.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with curriculum goals
Teach scientific concepts, processes, and skills
Design hands-on experiments and activities
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
B.Ed or equivalent degree with a focus on Science education
2+ years of experience teaching Science to Grade 1-5 students
Strong Science content knowledge and ability to apply it practically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Proficiency in Google Suite and educational software/apps
