Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on
Facebook, Instagram
, and other platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google (as needed).
Conduct
audience research and segmentation
to target ads effectively.
Develop compelling
ad creatives
in collaboration with the design and content teams.
Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform
A/B testing
on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Implement
conversion tracking
and pixels to measure campaign success.
Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing objectives.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new advertising tools.
Requirements:
Must Know the Marathi Language.
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on
Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager
.
Strong knowledge of
retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies

Proficiency in
analytics tools
such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Solid understanding of KPIs like
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV

Experience with
