Recruit, hire, and retain qualified teachers and staff.

4. Student Affairs & Discipline
Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Enforce school discipline policies and resolve student conflicts.
Address student behavioral and academic issues.
Support student extracurricular activities and leadership programs.
5. Financial & Resource Management
Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
Oversee school maintenance, safety, and infrastructure improvements.
Ensure proper use of school funds and compliance with financial policies.
6. Parental & Community Engagement
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Build partnerships with the local community, businesses, and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications
A
Bachelor's degree
in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field.

Master's degree
in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (preferred or required in many schools).
Teaching Experience
Several years (typically 5-10) of teaching experience in a school setting.
Experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and student assessment.
Leadership & Administrative Experience
Experience in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Head of Department, or School Coordinator.
Strong skills in school management, decision-making, and staff supervision.
