Job Description

Hiring School Van Driver for BVM Global School, Perungudi, Chennai.

To ensure the safe and timely transportation of students and staff between home and school, maintaining discipline and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the school van along assigned routes.

Pick up and drop off students at designated locations on time.

Ensure students board and exit the vehicle in a safe and orderly manner.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Obey traffic laws and follow all school transportation rules and regulations.

Maintain order and ensure student discipline inside the vehicle.

Maintain logbooks, fuel records, and any other transport-related documentation as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License with badge.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience driving school vans or similar vehicles.

Good knowledge of traffic laws and local routes.

No history of traffic violations or criminal background.

Well-mannered and polite with students, parents, and school staff.
