Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and

safety-conscious Transport Manager

to

oversee the transportation operations

at

Crimson School, Hyderabad

. The Transport Manager will be responsible for

planning, coordinating, and supervising

all aspects of

student and staff transport

, ensuring

safety, punctuality, and compliance

with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage

the

daily school transport operations

, including

bus routes, pick-up/drop-off points, and schedules

. Ensure adherence to

safety protocols

,

vehicle maintenance schedules

, and

statutory compliances

(RTO, fitness, insurance, pollution checks, etc.).

Recruit, train, and supervise

drivers, conductors, and other

transport staff

. Monitor

transport costs

and

optimize routes

to ensure

cost-effectiveness and efficiency

. Address

transport-related concerns

of

parents, staff, and students

promptly. Maintain updated

transport records

, including

student ridership, driver rosters, and compliance documents

. Implement

emergency protocols

and ensure readiness for

contingencies

. Liaise with

school administration

and

parents

to ensure transparent communication about

transport operations

.

Candidate Profile

Education:

Graduate

in any discipline;

Diploma in Transport/Logistics Management

preferred.

Experience:

5-8 years

of experience in

transport/logistics management

, preferably in the

education sector

.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong

organizational and leadership skills

. In-depth knowledge of

transport regulations

and

compliance requirements

. Excellent

problem-solving

and

communication skills

. Ability to

manage crises

and ensure

safety

under all circumstances. Proficiency in

MS Office

and

GPS/transport management software

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
