Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Create an interactive and engaging classroom environment. Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback. Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere. Identify individual student needs and provide necessary support. Collaborate with department heads and participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. Integrate modern teaching techniques, digital tools, and activity-based learning. Maintain academic records and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject. B.Ed/M.Ed is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in classroom management. Experience with digital/online teaching tools preferred. Minimum

0-2 years of teaching experience
