Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Teacher cum Hostel Warden for our Boys' Hostel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding and mentoring students, maintaining discipline, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

Take daily hostel attendance and maintain accurate records. Monitor students' well-being and provide mentorship and support. Conduct classes/tutorials for hostel students, focusing on homework completion and academic improvement. Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules & regulations. Oversee hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and laundry management. Communicate with parents regarding students' behavior, health, and academics. Create a supportive environment that fosters personal growth, responsibility, and mutual respect among students.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Teaching qualification preferred). Prior experience in teaching and/or hostel management is desirable. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to maintain discipline while being approachable and empathetic. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to stay on campus and be available for students round the clock.
