Job Description

As a School Success Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between our organization and partner schools. This is a B2B coordination role where you will be the primary point of contact for schools using our product. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating with school leaders and teachers to support product adoption and usage.
Conducting engaging product demos and training sessions for school staff.
Understanding schools' specific requirements and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Gathering feedback from schools and sharing insights with our internal teams to improve product features and services.
Acting as a bridge between schools and internal departments like product, operations, and support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
