We are seeking for an Procurement Officer who will responsible for managing the procurement process within the school, ensuring that all goods and services are acquired in a cost-effective, timely, and compliant manner. The role involves liaising with vendors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and supporting smooth school operations.
Develop and implement procurement plans in line with the school's budget and operational needs.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to various departments.
Monitor and manage vendor performance, resolving any supply issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with administrative, academic, and facilities teams to assess procurement needs.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best terms and value for money.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of procurement processes and supplier contracts.
Has to handle Books and Uniforms distribution and maintain stock record.
