Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
School Relationship Executive
to join our growing sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in identifying and engaging potential leads, contributing to the growth of NELTAS education and training programs. This job will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads, including educational institutions, students, and professional organizations.
Assist in the generation of qualified leads through various channels such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and direct market research.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, supporting the sales team in converting them into viable opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and contacts within the CRM system.
Monitor, report, and provide feedback on the performance and success of lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong ability to engage prospects professionally.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation and professional outreach.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience or internship in sales, marketing, or the education sector is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and social media outreach.
