Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and counseling sessions for students.
Support children with academic, emotional, social and behavioural challenges.
Develop individualized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
Conduct workshops and awareness programs for students and staff.
Provide crisis intervention and guidance for sensitive situations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical/Child/School Psychology preferred).
Prior experience in school settings is desirable.
Strong communication and empathy skills.
Ability to work with neurodivergent and neurotypical student populations.
