to lead our school with vision, dedication, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to ensure the school's smooth functioning. Develop and implement educational policies, curriculum plans, and school programs. Lead, mentor, and support teachers to enhance teaching standards and student learning outcomes. Foster a positive school culture that promotes discipline, inclusivity, and student engagement. Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the school management. Ensure compliance with CBSE/state board regulations and school policies. Oversee admissions, budgeting, infrastructure development, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years

of experience in teaching and school administration. A Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with faculty, students, and parents. Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
