Position Overview

We are seeking a

dynamic, visionary, and seasoned School Principal

to lead the academic and administrative functions of our campus. The ideal candidate must have a proven leadership track record from

CBSE and Cambridge curriculum schools

, along with strong communication, organisational, and student-centric values.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in alignment with the school's mission and vision. Oversee planning and execution of

CBSE & Cambridge programmes

. Lead, guide and develop teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high performance. Drive academic excellence and holistic growth of students. Ensure compliance with board regulations, school policies, NEP 2020, and statutory norms. Manage daily school operations including admissions, budgeting, audits, student discipline & safety. Effectively engage with parents, government bodies, regulatory authorities, and the wider community. Implement innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master's Degree in Education / School Administration / Leadership / or relevant specialization.

Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Principal

in

CBSE and/or Cambridge Schools

(mandatory). Demonstrated skills in school leadership, academic governance, staff performance management, and parent engagement. Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and modern educational frameworks. Excellent communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in launching or scaling a new school will be advantageous. Ability to integrate global best practices into teaching and learning. Highly driven, disciplined, and passionate about student welfare and character development.

Candidates residing within a 30-40 minute commute to the school campus will be given preference.
