Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

Oversee the implementation of curriculum in accordance with CBSE/Board norms. Supervise lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessments, and learning outcomes. Monitor and improve student performance and academic achievement.

Administrative Management:

Manage school operations, schedules, and budgets. Ensure statutory compliances including affiliation norms, safety standards, and staff requirements. Maintain updated school records and documentation.

Staff Supervision and Development:

Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development programs. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Student Affairs:

Ensure student discipline, safety, and well-being. Promote co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic development. Maintain effective communication with students and parents.

Parent and Community Engagement:

Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and ensure regular updates to parents. Build partnerships with the local community and external educational bodies. Promote the school positively through community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Innovation:

Develop and implement long-term goals and strategies for school growth. Introduce innovations in pedagogy, digital learning, and assessments. Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure, resources, and technology integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Education or relevant field (M.Ed./B.Ed. mandatory). Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum (as applicable). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
