About the Job Profile:
We are looking for a Active, Dynamic and Experienced School Principal to lead our institution. The Principal will be responsible for the Academic Excellence, Administration, Staff Management, Students Development and building strong Parent-School relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day-to-day school operations. Ensure effective teaching and learning as per curriculum guidelines. Recruit, mentor and evaluate teachers and staffs periodically. Maintain discipline, safety and a positive school culture. Engage with students & parents and represent the school in the community.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education or related field (preferred). Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years in leadership. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
