Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and visionary Principal to lead a reputed school currently affiliated with the Maharashtra Board and guide its transition to CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will ensure quality education, manage the entire school administration, and enhance the school's reputation, attracting more student admissions.

The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high standards of discipline, ethics, and professionalism, fostering a culture of excellence among staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

Lead and implement CBSE curriculum standards while maintaining quality education

Ensure all teaching-learning processes are effective, modern, and result-oriented

Supervise and mentor teachers, promoting professional development

Encourage innovative teaching methodologies, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities

Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for improvement

Administration & Management

Oversee all school administrative functions, including staffing, admissions, and daily operations

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CBSE guidelines

Develop and manage school policies, procedures, and budgets

Coordinate with school management on strategic planning, infrastructure, and growth

Student & Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the community

Promote a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for students

Organize programs and events to enhance the school's reputation and attract more admissions

Staff Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff

Foster a positive and collaborative work culture

Encourage ethical practices, accountability, and professionalism

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Relevant degree(s) in Education / School Leadership (B.Ed, M.Ed, Principalship / Leadership courses preferred)

Experience: Proven experience as a Principal or Head of School, preferably with CBSE syllabus exposure

Languages:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Proficient in Marathi (local communication)
