Leadership & Vision:

Provide strategic vision, set academic goals, and inspire faculty, staff, and students.

Instructional Oversight:

Oversee curriculum development, ensure adherence to standards, monitor teacher performance, and facilitate professional development.

Student Well-being:

Ensure a safe learning environment, handle student discipline, and support student growth through counseling and extracurricular activities.

Staff Management:

Manage, supervise, and evaluate teachers and other school staff, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Operations & Finance:

Oversee the school budget, manage facilities maintenance, procure necessary supplies, and ensure logistical efficiency.

Community Engagement:

Maintain open communication with parents, the community, and the school board to build partnerships and address concerns.

Compliance:

Ensure the school adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and the school district's standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
